Hacienda Restaurante Selva Maya is developed in the vicinity of an old cattle
ranch, it has beautiful and well-kept spaces that will provide the right
atmosphere for all events.
Located just 5 minutes from the historic center of the city of Valladolid,
next to the peripheral, it provides unparalleled accessibility.

Lunch is buffet style, with regional food, served daily from 12:00 to
17:00.

The main course.
It cannot be said that the food is wonderful, but it is great to try
different typical dishes, such as mole yucateco (chicken with spicy
chocolate sauce), chicken pibil and pork pibil (shredded meat with spicy
sauce), tamales with chicken (a kind of salted pamonha), tortillas (thin
dough based on various Mexican dishes), frijoles refritos (cooked and
mashed bean paste).

For those who don't like it or don't want to try it, there was also
vegetable soup with chicken, rice, salad, pasta with bolognese and
white sauces, as well as dessert included in the price.

The property has beautiful gardens with plants, water fountains,
sculptures. In a few steps you can reach cenote Saamal.

Next to the cenote there is a bathroom and changing room. They provide
keys to leave our belongings in the locker. Towels are not provided.

The use of life jackets is mandatory, they are all brand new and have
a huge variety of sizes, from children to very large adult sizes.

Before entering the cenote, it is mandatory to take a shower to remove
residues of sunscreen, repellent, hair cream, so that it does not
affect the waters of the cenote.
