In Luang Prabang, Laos, the colonial-style Satri House was the previous residence of Prince Souphanouvon.
The original house was refurbished in 2002 by Mrs. Lamphoune Voravongsa and since has been run as a hotel.
In 2008/9 the hotel was enlarged with the addition of six more colonial style buildings consisting of 14 Deluxe Rooms, 14 Junior suites and 3 Satri House suites.
