Dışarı Cami

Dışarı Cami (Çelebi Hüsamettin), Niğde, is on Boru Street in Saruhan District. The building has no inscription. The mosque, which has survived with some repairs today, maintains its original feature and continues its function. The last congregation place, which was demolished before, was rebuilt in accordance with its original. The building is in the class of single-domed mosques.

It consists of the last congregation place with three domes and a single balcony minaret located in the northwest corner. Yellowish fine trachite stone was used in the facade walls and dome pulley, and ash-colored cut stone was used in the ash-colored mihrab in the minaret. Careful craftsmanship is outstanding. Facade walls are kept quite high. Monotony was tried to be removed by opening two rows of windows on all the walls of the building.

The interior is bright, with seventeen windows on each wall, eight in the bottom row, eight in the top row and one in the dome pulley. There is no excessive decoration in the mosque. The decoration that attracts attention is in the mihrab and muezzin.
